I am a structural engineer interested in dynamical systems from the perspective of civil structures. I try to understand how and why structures mvoe by looking at both sides of the equation of motion, the structural system and the loading. Most of my research work revolves around dynamics of structures and wind/earthquake engineering, computational fluid dynamics, system identification, and vehicle and pedestrian loading. In the industry world, I develop commercial software for structural analysis and consulted on long-span bridges, tall towers, masts, and cables.
On this webpage, you will find updates on my work and some cool animations. Feel free to explore and contact me if something intrigues you.
